"Most of what I wanted wasn’t available"
I went on danilo.com hoping to pick up a few calendars and cards, but nearly everything I actually liked was out of stock. It’s frustrating when items still show up while you’re browsing, because the basic thing I wanted was just to buy what was being displayed.
The site itself was easy enough to use, but the stock situation really needs sorting out. I ended up buying way less than I planned, and it felt like such a simple request was basically ignored, so overall it wasn’t a great experience for me.

"I don’t know why the paper felt so cheap"
I don’t know why, but I was expecting better quality for the price. The paper is thin, and the cover just feels kind of cheap in hand. It’s not the worst, but I was definitely disappointed.

"Pretty decent, though I keep second-guessing it"
It was okay overall, just not something that totally wowed me. The print looked nice enough, but the card felt a little thinner than I was expecting, although maybe I’m being a bit picky? It arrived fine and was still perfectly usable, so I can’t really complain too much. I’m just not sure I’d rush to buy it again unless it was on offer.

"Better Selection Than I Usually Find"
I ordered from danilo.com because they had a much better choice of character calendars and cards than I normally see in the shops. My kids are really into Disney and Marvel, and it was easy to find things they’d actually be excited about. Delivery was fine too. One item did arrive with a small bend on the corner, but it wasn’t bad enough to make a fuss over. I’d use them again, though I do think the packaging could be a little sturdier.

I ordered from danilo.com and then immediately had that awful “oh no, I picked the wrong thing” moment. I was fully prepared for a whole stressful refund nightmare, but it was so much easier than I expected. They replied really fast, handled the cancellation without any drama, and the money was back in my account within a few days. I was so relieved I could’ve cried a little. No complaints at all — everything went super smoothly.

"Packaging was actually done properly"
My order from danilo.com arrived packed really well, which shouldn’t feel like such a rare thing, but here we are. Nothing was bent, marked, or shoved in carelessly, and the box looked neat without being excessive. It’s nice to see a company actually bother with decent packaging. I’d happily order again.

"Had to keep chasing for updates"
I ordered a card for a birthday and I barely heard anything after placing the order, the tracking emails didn’t really help and the updates were useless so I kept having to check everything myself, then when I contacted customer service they were slow to reply which was frustrating because it was meant to arrive in time for someone’s birthday.

I ordered a birthday card from danilo.com the tracking was spot on. I got the dispatch email and could check where it was without any hassle, which was handy.

It turned up when the tracking said it would, and it arrived packed flat, not bent or damaged. That was the bit I was most worried about, so I was glad it came properly.

It was a simple order really, just a card, but everything went fine. Simple, easy, and no fuss. I’d use them again for cards.

I had a look on Danilo while picking out a new calendar for my desk, and it was easy to browse through everything. There was a good mix of designs, so it didn’t feel like I was seeing the same thing over and over. I ended up finding one that suited me without spending ages on it. Checkout was straightforward too, so I’d definitely use them again next time I need a calendar.

I got the confirmation email quickly, and it was easy enough to understand. I’m not sure if it was the format or just how it showed up for me, but the layout felt a bit messy, so I took off one star

The print looks fine from a distance, but when I got closer it just felt a bit dull, really. Delivery was okay and everything arrived fine. It’s not bad, I just really expected the colours to look a little sharper

Ordering from Danilo was straightforward. I found what I was looking for without having to click around forever, which is always a plus. Checkout was quick too... I did stop and double-check a couple of details before paying, just to be sure, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, yeah, good experience and I’d use it again.

I ordered a couple of cards from danilo.com and, i kept wondering if I’d typed something wrong or if one of the details might get mixed up. But when they arrived, everything was exactly as I’d entered it, the names, design, and message were all correct. Delivery was fine too, so no complaints there. I’m happy with how it all went and I’d use them again
